SEVA Series VIRTUAL Class
This virtual all-levels class is for those who are new to the practice of yoga or looking to get back into a physical routine. Chair yoga provides a special focus for individuals who may have limitations with getting up and down from the floor or standing for long periods of time. Class will begin in a chair, then move to standing postures with the assistance of the chair if needed, and conclude with savasana in the chair. Chair yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and provide stress reduction.
