SEVA Series VIRTUAL Class
This virtual class will utilize a wonderful yoga prop - your wall! From opening the body to stabilizing a pose, there are many ways your wall can assist you with your yoga practice. We will use the wall in both seated and standing poses during this class. If you can get to and from the floor with a fair amount of ease and want to explore your ability to balance, as well as build strength this would be a good class for you. How much wall space do you need? Place the short end of your mat against the wall and you’ll have plenty of space to use for this class.
