Join Lisa for a 4 part class series using one of the most widely available props - the wall! This class series uses the wall for both standing and seated postures, each offering varying degrees of support and stability. Students may experience greater alignment and muscle awareness, enhanced stability and support, and the avoidance of common injuries. Space is very limited, so sign up today!
