This ten week in-studio class is designed for the student who is entirely new to yoga and would like to explore the potential of a safe and healthy practice. The student is introduced slowly to a basic series of yoga postures, and strong emphasis is placed on safety and alignment. Modifications for many postures are introduced, and issues for specific body types and individual concerns are addressed. Students of all ages, sizes, and abilities are encouraged to attend.
This class size is small and limited to allow emphasis on individual attention, so register early and secure your spot!
** Beginning Yoga Session class card purchases may only be applied to the 10 week session and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to other classes on the studio schedule. Class card purchases are applied for 10 consecutive weeks from the date of the first session. Missed or unused classes are not reimbursed, nor may they be applied to other scheduled classes.
