SEVA Series VIRTUAL Class
Yin Yoga consists of longer held passive postures done from a seated position and the use of props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, and straps are used to assist students safely relax into and hold postures. This class primarily targets the hips, legs, and lower spine to improve circulation, joint health, and flexibility. All levels of practitioners are welcome to attend. No props? No problem, grab a couple of towels, throw pillows, and throw blanket to help support you in your practice.
