SEVA Series VIRTUAL Class
This virtual class is designed for those who are new to yoga and would like to develop a safe and healthy practice. The students will be introduced slowly and mindfully to basic yoga postures while brining awareness on alignment and safety. Postures are introduced in stages and modifications are given for specific body types/injuries. Students of all ages, sizes, and abilities are encouraged to attend.
