Join Debbie for a one hour Introduction to Qigong workshop to learn more about this ancient practice that harmonizes your mind, body, and spirit.
Qigong is a series of gentle movements that circulate energy through your body to improve your overall health. With Qigong, you will learn to gather and direct your body’s energy to move blockages and promote healing. The practice brings together focused breathing, your attention, and mindful movements to increase energy, balance, flexibility, and mobility.
This workshop is a suggested (but not necessary) prerequisite to the following four week class series.
